We truly enjoyed this staying. Everything was really good, incredible location close to the Christmas market, a shopping area seconds away from a major subway station and subway and city center, pleasant experience...

The room we had was clean and great with a nice view. the breakfast, including scrambled eggs and healthy options, was excellent. I would be happy to recommend this place and would love to come back.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the city center. Its location was absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw away from Hauptwache S station. I loved that it was surrounded by numerous shops and the restored old town, making it convenient for exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and had practical touches like a large window that let in plenty of natural light. I especially enjoyed the breathtaking view of Hauptwache from my room's balcony. Lastly, the breakfast included in my stay was excellent and provided a wide variety of options to start off my day.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right in the heart of the city center. You can literally step out of the Hauptwache S station and find yourself just 50m away from the hotel. It's so convenient for exploring Frankfurt and being close to all the main sights. The rooms are spacious and bright, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Some even have a nice view of the Hauptwache area. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any needs or requests. And one of the best things about this hotel is that breakfast is included in the price, which is a great bonus!

Everything was more than satisfactory – no complaints whatsoever.

Location was excellent. We felt very secure in the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of choice for different appetites.

Front entrance is hard to find the first time.. . but this actually adds to the feeling of security.

The staff was friendly and supportive. Although I bookd a single persons room, I got two large beds each wider than 1m. The hotel keeps up with it's name Zentrum: you won't find a hotel more in the centre of Frankfurt than this hotel. It's a 20 minutes stroll from the Bahnhof, either through the centre or, a little d-tour, along the river Main.

As mentioned by others: the stains in the carpet in the halway weren't removed, making it look not so nice. But it was clean and proper. The carpet in the room was fine. Internet was a bit of an hassle but free.

Very central location, spacious and bright room, comfortable bed, delightful breakfast, 24/7 security.

This hotel is in an excellent location, literally 50 meters from one of the exits of Hauptwache S station. It is situated in the Hauptwache area of the city, right in the center. The convenience of being in such a central location cannot be overstated. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. They are always ready to assist with any queries or requests you may have. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a large window allowing plenty of natural light to brighten up the space. And the best part? Breakfast is included in the price, offering you a great start to your day.

Staff politeness and availability and location

First night room was not as required and the baby bed was not in anyway the room has been chnaged the day after and the baby bed provided and they apoligized.

It offers marvellous service and great breakfasts.

The bathrooms are so small.

The units are new-fashioned, practical with a fabulous view, tea/coffee, for example. The staff are incredibly nice and welcoming and deserve a 3-star rating😀

Great location in the heart of the city, close to public transportation and shopping areas. Friendly and helpful staff, always with a smile and ready to answer any questions. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and fresh choices. The complimentary treats in the evening were a nice touch. The room was clean and had sufficient furnishings, and the recently renovated bathroom was spotless.

The room could use better lighting, as the single ceiling bulb made it a bit dim. It would have been nice to have access to ice from the front desk.

Just the location!

The rooms need major renovation. The furniture is horrible and the carpet is stained it's almost scary. That and the fact that the reception is on the first floor just gives the hotel a very sketchy feel.
